Incident work is its own engagement: contain the problem, restore operations, then lock down identity, endpoints, email, and backups. Ongoing managed IT or a vCISO retainer comes after the fire is out — not instead of putting it out.

Are we too small?
No. A five-person shop is a first-class client. Most work is remote; Avery drives from Johnson City when remote is not enough.
We already have an MSP or an in-house admin.

Is this a ticket mill or one person?
