Put the domain on the sign. People type it once — 123northmain.com — and they get photos, the facts, and a way to reach you. I'm Avery Parker. This is its own package. You do not need a brokerage website first, and you do not need a Care Plan.

Usually separate: domain registration (you can bring 123northmain.com), photography, copywriting, and paid ads. IDX on a one-property site is usually unnecessary.
Pricing
Hosting is by how many property sites are live. Setup starts at $500 for a house and $1,500 for a commercial building. A Care Plan is optional.

Setup
From $500
A house starts at $500. A commercial building starts at $1,500. A larger or more complex listing is quoted per project before work starts. A short listing still pays setup — monthly hosting only covers the time it is live.
Care Plan
Optional
Not required. Add it if you want scheduled updates — new photos, a leased suite marked unavailable, copy changes. Care Plans.
Monthly fits a listing that will come down. Yearly fits a lease building or a rental you keep advertising. Eleven or more is quoted from the floor above — photo load and disk vary. If you later want a full agent or brokerage website with IDX, that is real estate WordPress hosting.
What this is not
- Not a full brokerage website with MLS search
- Not a promise we will get the property sold or leased
- Not social-media management or paid ads unless separately scoped
- Not a substitute for your MLS listing. The official listing still matters

Questions about property sites
Do I need a Care Plan?
No. Most property sites do not. Hosting keeps the site up. Add Care only if you want Avery changing availability, photos, or copy on a schedule — for example a building with suites that turn over.
Is this the same as the brokerage hosting package?
No. This is its own product: one site, one address. You do not need the agent or brokerage VPS first. If you later want a full brand site with IDX, that is real estate WordPress hosting.
Sale, lease, or rental — which is this for?
All three. A house or commercial building for sale. A commercial building with lease units. A house or building you keep renting. The site stays up as long as you need the address online.
What if I already have a website?
Sometimes a page on that site is enough. Sometimes the sign needs its own domain people can type once. Call and we will say which.
Can I host more than one property?
Yes. Each address is its own site and domain. Hosting is billed by how many are live: 1–2, 3–5, 6–10, or 11 and up. Setup starts at $500 for a house and $1,500 for a commercial building. A larger or more complex listing is quoted per project.
What if the listing will only be up a few months?
Pay monthly hosting for the time it is live, plus setup. Setup is the build. A short listing still needs pages, photos, and a form.
