One property, one address
From $40/month · $360/year
A short site people can type from the sign. Up to two properties at that rate; more sites step up. Its own package — you do not need the brokerage VPS first. Setup starts at $500 for a house and $1,500 for a commercial building.

Not included unless quoted: domain registration, business email, IDX vendor fees, MLS fees, a redesign, or Care Plan hours.
IDX, in plain language
IDX is how your public site shows live MLS listings. A vendor or MLS feed pushes listing data into WordPress. Visitors search on your site; leads come back to you.
Boards and plugins differ by market. After a short call we name your board, the approved IDX product, and what the server must support. Tri-Cities and Southwest Virginia often sit in one regional MLS world; Asheville and other markets may use a different board.
- The plugin needs PHP memory, cron, and database room. That is where “IDX is slow” or “search broke after an update” usually starts on a cheap plan.
- The MLS and IDX vendor relationship stays yours. We make the WordPress side and the server ready for the feed the MLS approved.
- When a feed, shortcode, or search page misbehaves, we work it like any other WordPress integration: logs, staging, vendor docs, and a clear ask of what the MLS needs from you.
What we need from you
- Which MLS / board you belong to, and which IDX or listing-search product you use (or want)
- Broker or agent of record who must approve the IDX agreement
- Vendor login or onboarding email once the MLS or vendor opens the account
- Where leads should go (email, CRM, Follow Up Boss, and so on)
- Branding rules the board requires on listing displays (disclaimer, logo, “courtesy of”)
Compliance notes (not legal advice)
- Follow your MLS and IDX vendor rules. Do not scrape listing sites or bypass the approved feed.
- Keep required disclaimers and attribution on listing pages.
- You (or your broker) own the MLS relationship. We own the server and the WordPress environment at the host layer.
- If your board requires a specific vendor, we work with that vendor.
Why this is not a $10–$20/month shared plan
Cheap managed WordPress is fine for a quiet brochure site. Agent and brokerage stacks usually need more.

Pricing
$720/year for up to two WordPress sites on a dedicated VPS, with staging, backups, SSH, and host maintenance.
Domain and email are separate. IDX vendor and MLS fees are yours. Extra sites on the same server are quoted — more sites mean more RAM, disk, and backup load. Monthly billing is available if you ask.
A Care Plan is a separate line when you want monthly WordPress hours. Hosting alone is not a Care Plan.
What this is not
- Not a full IDX marketing platform with its own CRM (those often run $99–$299+/month — a different product)
- Not unlimited sites
- Not malware cleanup. That is WordPress incident response
- Not MLS membership or IDX vendor billing
- Not a Care Plan unless you add Care
A site for one address — for sale, for lease, or for rental management — lives on property microsite hosting. Non-WordPress apps belong on custom application hosting.
Questions about real estate hosting
Is this a Care Plan?
No. This package is the server: the VPS, backups, staging, TLS, monitoring, and SSH. A Care Plan is optional if you want Avery updating WordPress and copy on a schedule. Hosting works without Care.
Do I need this, or a site for one property?
This page is the agent or brokerage website — the brand, and usually IDX search. A single address (a building for sale, a house for rent, or a commercial building with suites) is property microsite hosting. Many people start with one property site and add the main website later.
Will you set up my IDX / MLS feed?
We make the WordPress side and the server ready for the feed your board approved. You (or your broker) keep the MLS and IDX vendor relationship. After a short call we name your board, the product, and what the box must support.
Can I host a property site on the same VPS?
Yes, as one of the two sites in this package. You can also buy a property microsite on its own, with its own price, and leave this package for later.
