What we actually touch
- UniFi switching and VLANs that match how people sit
- Wireless surveys for offices, shops, and warehouses
- UDM / UXG / USG gateways, site-to-site, and remote-access VPN
- Guest vs staff SSIDs, captive portals nobody owns
- Controller hygiene: stale firmware, orphaned devices, the Sunday-night tunnel
If “the internet is down” is actually ransomware, start at incident response. A new AP will not fix a compromised tenant.

How coverage works (one principal, not a fake bench)
This is Avery Parker’s practice. Scheduled work is booked. Incident response jumps the queue. If he is already on a site, you hear that on the first call — not after you have waited. Partner MSPs get a scoped window in writing. We do not invent a second-shift team we do not have.

Do you work on UniFi or only “networks”?
UniFi is the stack we inherit most often in this region: switching, wireless, UDM/UXG/USG gateways, site-to-site, guest vs staff SSIDs, and a controller nobody has updated since 2018.
Can our out-of-town MSP send you for a survey?
Yes. You stay the provider of record. We walk the warehouse, place APs, and hand the notes back. See the partners page.
Will you rip everything out for another vendor?
Not to make the invoice prettier. If SonicWall or Aruba is already honest for the site, we work that. UniFi stays when UniFi fits.
Need UniFi hands in the Tri-Cities or Asheville?
