Why this page exists
Public write-ups and proof-of-concept posts arrive on a regular beat. The day a PoC is easy to find is the day "we'll update later" stops being a plan. Core, plugins, and themes that sat unreviewed become the easy path in. This page is for owners who want maintenance before that path opens, not a postmortem after it did.
We will not paste exploit steps here. We will not re-link a PoC for curiosity traffic. If you needed the technical recipe, you needed a maintainer yesterday.
What Diversified Tech Solutions offers
WordPress Care Plans (maintenance and updates) for client sites. This is ordinary care, done on a schedule you can point to, by a named principal practice (Avery Parker), not a nameless ticket queue that only wakes up when Search Console goes red.
Typical care across the plans includes:
- Review and apply WordPress core updates when they are safe for your stack
- Review and apply plugin and theme updates
- Daily backups and uptime monitoring
- Security care that scales with the tier (Basic on Essential; Advanced on Standard; Advanced plus malware cleanup on Premium)
- Staging that scales with the tier (lightweight on Essential; full clone on Standard; full clone plus restore testing on Premium)
- Included support hours and published security-patch response windows per plan (see pricing below)
If you also need the site hosted with us, Managed WordPress hosting starts at $360/year (or $40/month). Isolated and Isolated Plus options sit above that when a site needs its own VPS. Hosting basic upkeep is not the same product as a Care Plan. Care is the tighter schedule, the hours, and the malware response path.
Maintenance is not the same job as incident response. If the site is already planting spam, casino titles, or unknown admins, that is cleanup. See WordPress incident response.

What maintenance is not
- Not a promise that nothing bad can ever happen. Updated sites still get hit. Unupdated sites get hit more often and recover worse.
- Not a blank check to click "Update all" on a live store without a plan
- Not Phase A cleanup. If Google is already showing titles you never wrote, use the compromise checklist and call for cleanup
- Not invented uptime theater beyond what the Care and Hosting sheets publish

Hosting (standalone WordPress)
Published hosting for standalone WordPress installs. We are leaving the older shared-multisite floor ($240/year). Do not treat $240 as the current offer.

Managed installs may share a server, with enough margin that a site can move to Isolated (own VPS, backups included in that path) when it needs the room. That is a path, not unlimited resources or a made-up uptime SLA.
Isolated and Isolated Plus annual prices are 10% off the monthly rate. Isolated Plus $69/month is a floor. Heavier boxes are quoted; an example on file is $270/month, not a menu price. Domain and email are separate unless they already sit with us. A migration fee may apply.
