If the network is part of an active incident, start with emergency incident response. A new access point will not fix a compromised tenant.

An Atlanta or Charlotte MSP should be able to send this page to a customer and not cringe. You keep the contract. We stand in the closet.

Survey, place, and tune. Forklifts and metal racks are not a living-room problem.

How coverage works (one principal, not a fake bench)
This is Avery Parker’s practice. Scheduled work is booked. Incident response jumps the queue. If he is already on a site, you hear that on the first call — not after you have waited. Partner MSPs get a scoped window in writing. We do not invent a second-shift team we do not have.
Questions we get
Do you actually work on Ubiquiti UniFi, or just “networks”?
UniFi is the most common stack we inherit in this region: switching, wireless, gateways, site-to-site, guest vs staff SSIDs, and the controller that someone stood up in 2018 and never updated. We design, adopt, and troubleshoot it onsite.
SonicWall and Aruba too?
Yes. SonicWall for firewall / VPN / content filtering. Aruba for campus wireless and switching when that is what is already in the rack. We do not force a rip-and-replace to make the invoice prettier.
Can an out-of-town MSP send you for a wireless survey?
That is a normal partner job. You stay the provider of record. We walk the warehouse, place APs, and hand the notes back. See the partners page.
