Two sites you can click through. Each one is its own site for a single property, not a stock theme with the name swapped in. One is a multi-tenant leasing building. The other is a house offered as a monthly rental.
Click through them the way a visitor would.

A suite that is already leased stays on the site and points to space that is still available. On the house, they walk the rooms, see what the rent includes and what the tenant pays, and request a tour.

A live site is written so it can be found easily in search engines. Each page has its own title. Someone who is interested can look up the street address, find the site, and browse the details there.
More and more people use chat tools to ask questions while they search. What is the rent? How big is the suite? Are pets allowed? The answers should come from the page, not an old flyer. Each site has a plain facts page that sets out the size, the rent, the price, what is included, and who to call.
You can see which pages people open — a suite, the tour form, the house. A live property gets its own traffic report, separate from this website.
Hosting is by how many property sites are live. Setup is a one-time build for each address.

Yes. One address — a building for lease, a house for rent, or a property for sale — is a property site. An agent or brokerage website is a separate package. Call and we will say which fits.
We will look at the address and say whether a property site or your main website is the better fit.
