Contact-form submissions are stored so we can reply. We do not sell that list. Do not put passwords or full card numbers in the form. Incident details you send are treated as confidential business information.

What runs on this site:

The contact form — name, email, optional company and phone, topic, and your message. Rows stay in our database so we can follow up. We keep them as long as the conversation is open, then as ordinary business records.
Calendly — if you book a 20-minute discovery call, Calendly processes that booking. Their terms apply to the calendar widget.
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-M26V4S3TRM) — page views. We do not use it to sell ads.
Umami (first-party, self-hosted) — page views and time-to-first-byte so we can see which pages are useful.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel and X (Twitter) Pixel — conversion measurement on the WordPress incident-response page and IR contact / Calendly complete paths only. We do not sell that data.
MailerLite — if you request the free WordPress compromise checklist, your name, email, and optional website / role / active-incident answers go to our WP IR Checklist list so we can deliver the PDF and occasional WordPress security notes. Unsubscribe anytime. We do not sell that list.

We do not require an account to read the site. Marketing pages do not set a session cookie. The contact form and checklist signup use a short-lived session only to stop automated spam.
